Clarence Pete's Story
Actually I was a Soph(55) & my JR. year(56) I left school.. in Apr. and joined the Navy. I took my GED in the Navy, in(59) and with credits from Baker I got my diploma from Baker But it was with class of 1960. If I'd stayed in school I'd Graduated (57). ime I got crazy and quit school and went into the Navy. I stayed in the Navy , got out in (72) after surgery on my shoulder from a M/C wreck in Cuba. Since I retired from Civil Service at NAS Penscola, Fla. and became a 18 Wheeler driver for 12yrs. having to leave that to take care of my wife, who had taken seriously ill in (07) . Since I've been Semi-Retired, trying to get my Own Truck to get back on the Road, my wife passed away in (08). SO-------
